Sometimes a few people are quietly discussing something, and when a menopausal woman happens to walk by, they stop talking or suddenly laugh. The imbalance in her heart would immediately swell and her emotions would immediately become heated. (4) Blind suspicion In particular, she will blindly doubt things that involve her own interests. For example, when some decisions on promotion, salary increase, and housing allocation do not meet her wishes, she will blindly doubt. She may suspect that there is someone in the leadership team or the personnel department who is behind the scenes, and even "line up" these leading cadres one by one with her fingers. She may also suspect whether people in the same department have reported her behind her back and "ruined my good things." Once she is sure, her resentment will rise sharply. For the suspicious mentality, menopausal women should mainly improve themselves: (1) Learn to think calmly If you encounter any doubts, do not jump to conclusions. If the matter is not urgent, you may want to wait a few days to see what is going on. If the matter is urgent, you can ask a superior or colleague you trust for clarification. Time is the best coolant. (2) Learn to be tolerant The handling of any matter cannot be 100% reasonable. When conditions are close or similar, a decision may benefit some people. It is an objective fact that those who are cut off by "one-size-fits-all" measures will have an unbalanced mentality. At this time, you might as well learn to be a little tolerant. "Contentment is the greatest happiness" is a good regulator. (3) Learn some positive psychological defenses For example, learn to "deny". For certain things that are highly suspected but cannot be confirmed, don't "forget" them, but "deny" them, as if they never happened. Treat things that you are unwilling to accept psychologically or emotionally as if they never happened, so as to reduce the psychological burden. Another example is that you can learn the "rationalization function", that is, find some "reasonable" reasons to explain yourself.
