1. Color Doppler Ultrasound Examination

The ring may first be visible at 5 weeks of pregnancy. If regular fetal heartbeats and baby movements are seen in the pregnancy ring, it can be diagnosed as early pregnancy and a live fetus.

(2) Ultrasonic Doppler method: In the enlarged uterus area, regular, single high-pitched fetal heart sounds can be heard using an ultrasonic Doppler device, which can be diagnosed as early pregnancy and a live fetus, and first appears at 7 weeks of pregnancy.

2. Pregnancy test: Positive HCG in blood or urine can help diagnose early pregnancy.

3. For women with biphasic body temperature measured during ovulation, the high temperature phase continues for days and does not show a decrease, which indicates a high possibility of early pregnancy. However, the basic body temperature curve only reflects the function of the corpus luteum and cannot reflect the condition of the test tube embryo.
