One month pregnant with brown spots

One month into the pregnancy, some people find that the color of their bleeding is brown, which makes them very worried. In fact, this may be a precursor to ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, or miscarriage. In this case, we must seek medical treatment. Most normal pregnant women do not experience vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. However, some pregnant women may experience reddish brown eyes one month into pregnancy due to their physical condition or poor lifestyle. What is going on?

1. Excessive fatigue. In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women are overworked or do strenuous work, which can easily cause vaginal bleeding in pregnant women due to excessive physical and mental stress.

2. Physiological bleeding. After women successfully become pregnant, some women will still experience vaginal bleeding during their menstrual period. This is just a physiological need and does not require treatment.

3. Miscarriage. Before the embryo has fully developed, the implantation of the test tube embryo is not stable, and pregnant women are prone to miscarriage at this stage. When miscarriage occurs, the test tube embryo and the pregnant woman's endometrium will separate to varying degrees. When the blood vessels on the separation surface rupture, the uterus contracts, which will cause vaginal bleeding in the pregnant woman.

4. Ectopic pregnancy. The walls of women's fallopian tubes are relatively thin. When the sperm and egg combine and grow to a certain level, the walls of the fallopian tubes swell and crack, causing abnormal vaginal bleeding. This type of bleeding can easily cause fainting, shock or severe abdominal pain in pregnant women. If rescue is not timely, it may threaten the life of the pregnant woman.

5. Hydatidiform mole. The main symptoms of molar pregnancy miscarriage are intermittent bleeding, and sometimes repeated bleeding.

6. Uterine disease. If a woman suffers from uterine diseases, such as cervical cysts, cervical erosion, cervical degeneration, etc., the changes in growth hormone after pregnancy will cause the surface capillaries to rupture, causing vaginal bleeding in women.
