The reason why girls have thick and hard hair

The reason why girls have thick and hard hair

Some people's hair is too thick and a bit hard, and the hair on both sides grows outwards, which is not as smooth as others. For women who pursue beauty, it must be very painful if they have such hair. Therefore, I want to know the cause. So, what is the reason why girls’ hair is thick and hard?

There are many reasons why girls have thick and hard hair:

1. Genetic factors: if mom and dad have thick and hard hair, their children's hair will generally be thicker and harder as well.

2. People with abundant plant oil metabolism and sufficient nutrients are prone to having thick and hard hair.

3. People whose hair growth cycle is relatively longer are more likely to have thick and hard hair.

If a girl has thick and hard hair, she should first find out the reason. If it is congenital, it is generally unchangeable. In daily life, she should pay attention to a light diet, eat less oily, fried and spicy foods, pay attention to her life routine, and choose a suitable shampoo.

How to make thick and hard hair soft and fine?

1. Moisturizing and hydrating are the most important.

For hair, just like skin, moisturizing is the most basic and most important process. If the moisturizing and hydrating work is not done well, no matter how much nutrients are given to the hair, it will not be easily absorbed, and problems such as split ends, yellowing, and frizziness will follow. My experience working with this is to use a deeply moisturizing shampoo. I personally think a great brand is Japan's "Beauty Fairy". Its Pearl Shine series of products are truly amazing, nourishing, moisturizing, and nutritious, and are qualitatively different from my previous shampoo. The “Flower Honey” series of products from Shengshitang are also very good, very moisturizing and hydrating. The hair care essence in the same series is also great. But I still used these two brands in the fall and still had hair loss. I don’t know if it was because they were too nourishing, so I changed to Clairol’s “Fruit Extract”. I used it purely as a substitute because I liked its scent, but the actual effect is of course not comparable to the first two.

2. Be sure to use hair conditioner.

In addition to giving the hair enough water, it is also necessary to give it sufficient nutrients to reduce the damage to the hair at day-to-day. It is important to apply conditioner every time. It is best to use products from the same series for hair care and shampooing. As daily medical care, the role of shampoo and conditioner cannot be ignored. Going to the barber shop for a few nourishing treatments occasionally cannot improve your hair from the root. Just like the skin care products we use every day, a good shampoo can slowly improve your hair from the root. Nowadays, many shampoo products have sun protection value, which can effectively protect hair when used in summer.

3. Control the frequency of hair dyeing and perming as much as possible.

Apart from wind, sun, and dust, the biggest damage to hair is dyeing and perming. My approach is to control the frequency of hair dyeing and perming as much as possible, preferably once every six months, because even the best hair dyeing and perming products can cause great damage to hair. Therefore, the best way to protect your hair is to dye and perm less. If you must dye your hair, it is best not to try a color that is very different from the original hair color, otherwise you will have to re-dye your hair as soon as the black hair grows out, and doing it too frequently will damage your hair.

4. Use professional dyeing and perming products.

Unless I go to a professional barber shop, I usually use hair dye I bought myself. The one from Wei Nufang is very good and safer than the hair dye products used in some barber shops. The same goes for perming your hair. Try to use high-quality hair products, such as Wella and Wei Nu Fang. Don't try to use unknown hair products just to save money. This can minimize damage to your hair.
