What are the biochemical symptoms and reactions?

Embryo biochemistry is what we usually call ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy refers to a situation where the sperm and egg combine but the embryo does not implant and grow in the uterus, but is expelled from the uterus during menstruation, resulting in miscarriage. In fact, test tube embryos from ectopic pregnancy do have certain symptoms. This article will explain in detail the things about ectopic pregnancy, and I hope it will be helpful to you.

1. What is ectopic pregnancy?

Ectopic pregnancy, that is, there is no clinical pregnancy. Now in medicine, this condition is called subclinical miscarriage. It refers to the situation where the sperm and egg are present, but they have not successfully returned to the uterus for embryo implantation, and miscarriage occurs together with the menstrual period.

Sperm-egg fusion produces sperm-egg union. Around the seventh day after fertilization, the sperm and egg combine to split the trophoblast (the future embryo) and embed into the uterine wall. Subsequently, the trophoblast cells begin to metabolize human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). During the early stages of pregnancy, HCG metabolism increases rapidly, doubling in about 2-3 days. 14 days after insemination, that is, about 30 days after menstruation, HCG can be detected in the blood, or it can be detected with an early pregnancy test paper.

In a normal pregnancy, not only can HGG be detected, but the gestational sac can also be seen by B-ultrasound. In the case of ectopic pregnancy, even if the blood HCG exceeds 25 U/L or the urine HCG test is positive, no gestational sac can be detected under ultrasound and the pregnancy has already ended. Because of this characteristic of ectopic pregnancy, it is also called subclinical early embryonic loss.

2. Symptoms of IVF embryo biochemistry

1. B-ultrasound cannot see the presence of a fetal sac in the uterine cavity.

2. A very low blood HCG value only indicates that you are pregnant, but it cannot indicate whether implantation is successful.

3. Generally, miscarriage will not occur beyond 50 days. There was also grayish-white film-like cargo flowing out.

3. What are the causes of ectopic pregnancy?

Because it is impossible to collect specimens of ectopic pregnancy, it is impossible to accurately understand the cause of ectopic pregnancy. It is generally believed that the causes of ectopic pregnancy are the same as those of spontaneous abortion, and chromosomal abnormalities in test tube embryos may be the key reason for the stagnation of growth and development. Through the analysis of ectopic pregnancies that occurred during the in vitro fertilization process, it was found that the older age of women, such as those over 35 years old, poor egg quality, and poor embryo development are one of the causes of ectopic pregnancies.

At present, the probability of ectopic pregnancy in women is still unclear. Among spontaneously aborted test-tube embryos produced within the first three months of pregnancy, more than 50% have chromosomal abnormalities. Some experts and scholars even estimate that 70% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. From this we can see that miscarriage is, to some extent, a theory of natural selection in which the fittest survive. Pregnant women do not need to panic when encountering such a situation, as ectopic pregnancy generally does not affect the next pregnancy. Unless this happens several times, it is necessary to go to the hospital for further examination.

4. What to pay attention to after ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is caused by poor quality of sperm-egg combination and failure of implantation. Since no embryo implants, it does not cause damage to the uterus. It just means that your period will come a few days later this month. So ladies, don't worry too much.

Common problems with ectopic pregnancy:

1. Ectopic pregnancy does not require uterine cleaning surgery, but regular blood HCG testing is required to see its growth status, which can determine whether the gestational sac is alive or has been expelled from the body. Blood HCG is caused by the combination of sperm and egg. The safe passage for sperm and egg is the bilateral fallopian tubes. To a certain extent, it can be said that ectopic pregnancy means that the bilateral fallopian tubes are smooth. After confirming that blood HCG has dropped to normal levels, you can plan your next pregnancy.

2. If the B-ultrasound examination shows that the baby is in good physical condition, you can wait a month or three months to have a baby.

3. Be careful not to have sex immediately after the ectopic pregnancy is over, so that the uterus can rest.
