What kind of nausea and vomiting is pregnancy nausea?

Nausea and vomiting are mostly a kind of early pregnancy reaction, and the incidence rate is relatively high. Most people will have this symptom after pregnancy. Some people are very sensitive and may have nausea and vomiting symptoms very early when their bodies produce HCG just now, as the concentration gradually increases; while some people may experience nausea later, in which case this symptom is more common.

Women begin to experience morning sickness symptoms around 6 weeks of pregnancy. They usually feel nauseous and retching when they wake up in the morning and vomit on an empty stomach. They can smell irritating smells and see nauseating foods. Sometimes mental stress, anxiety, and poor physical condition can also cause nausea and retching. Nausea and vomiting sometimes occur suddenly without obvious causes. Severe nausea and retching can cause pregnant women to be unable to eat, malnutrition, and even hypocalcemia. It is necessary to stop vomiting as soon as possible to avoid the risk of fetal malformation and miscarriage caused by vomiting.

During pregnancy sickness, expectant mothers also have mild symptoms such as partial eclipse, abnormal appetite, nausea, dizziness and fatigue during the reaction period. Generally speaking, pregnancy sickness can be alleviated in many ways by relaxing, getting enough rest, getting enough sleep, eating a light diet, eating small and frequent meals, taking vitamins, and exercising moderately.
