Simple calculation method

In daily life, we usually use the simplified method to calculate body weight. This method basically takes into account all the factors that affect weight and is one of the more accurate methods. The actual calculation method is: women's weight standard = (height-70) specific 0.6.

It should be noted that height should be measured in centimeters, while body weight should be measured in kilograms. Generally speaking, in this calculation method, the allowable calculation error is around 10%. Taking a woman who is 160cm tall as an example, her standard weight should be 54Kg. If your weight is between 48.6 and 59.4 kg, it is considered normal.

How to calculate the difference version

The calculation of this kind of difference mainly depends on the zoning carried out based on the Xiangjiang River in my country, taking into account the impact of regional factors on weight. The standard weight for women in the south of the Xiang River = (height-150) specificity 0.648; the standard weight for women in the north of the Yangtze River = (height-150) specificity 0.650.

In this calculation method, a weight that exceeds 30% of the body weight standard is already considered mild to moderate obesity. Taking a 160cm tall woman as an example, the standard weight in the south of the Xiangjiang River is 54kg, and 70.2kg is considered mild to moderate obesity; the standard weight in the north of the Yangtze River is 56kg, and 72.8kg is also considered mild to moderate obesity.

Calculation method for overseas version

The overseas version of the calculation method mainly uses the BMI index to judge the weight standard. Simply put, it is weight divided by height in square meters. Note that the height here should be measured in meters. If the index value exceeds 25, it is overloaded. For a 160cm tall woman, if her weight is 70kg, her BMI is about 27, which is considered overweight.

When you use the above three methods and calculate that you are overweight, you should think about it, because the problem may be with yourself. Although there are many reasons for weight gain, they can be summarized into three categories.

Psychological factors: You may not believe it, but psychological disorders do affect women's weight. When some women have mood swings, they will resort to overeating to relieve stress, and the frequency of exercise will be significantly reduced. In addition, psychological depression and sadness will also affect the body's metabolic rate, making it impossible for body fat to be metabolized promptly, and obesity is likely. In short, if you are often in a bad mood, you should take the initiative to adjust it. Taking a walk outdoors, talking to good friends, etc. can improve your mood.

Habitual factors: The cause of obesity is mostly related to habits. We usually eat too much greasy food and sit for a long time, which will inevitably cause fat to accumulate secretly in the body. Secondly, many women eat a lot of snacks while watching TV at night, or eat too much desserts and melons after meals, which will also affect their weight. It is recommended to maintain a light diet on a daily basis to avoid excessive fat intake; exercise in the morning to promote fat decomposition.

Physiological factors: There are indeed some symptoms in daily life that can cause obesity. In Chinese medicine, it is said that there is too much moisture in the body, which is relatively common. It often causes symptoms such as edema in the body, making people look flabby. Some endocrine diseases in women will also affect the metabolism of fat, making women begin to become obese. This requires active care and treatment of some symptoms.
