Place your arms on both sides of the body, bend your knees, and do a half-squat position. Then slowly lift your arms to both sides of the body while slowly straightening your legs and standing up. Finally, straighten your arms and legs and return to the half-squat position. This is a set of movements. Do it 12 times a day.

3. Stretch backwards

Stand on your left leg, wrap an elastic band around the sole of your right foot, hold both ends of the elastic band with each hand, place your arms in front of your body, then extend your arms back, bend your elbows and begin to stretch the elastic band, maintaining your body's center of gravity and back straight, slowly release your arms, and stretch your legs forward as far as possible. Do this 8 times a day, then switch legs and repeat the exercise.

15-minute breast enhancement exercise

1. After taking a shower, apply an appropriate amount of breast care products such as natural breast enhancement cream on the chest, use the base of both hands to surround the chest, and push from the outside to the inside.
