How to treat the symptoms of premature menopause

Menopause is an important period for human beings. Like adolescence, it follows closely and cannot be rejected. However, in the context of a fast-paced life, many women experience premature menopause. The so-called early menopause, as the name suggests, refers to entering menopause early. From a health perspective, premature menopause is an abnormal phenomenon. It will cause women to lose their reproductive function prematurely and cause serious harm to the body. So what are the symptoms of premature menopause? How should premature menopause be treated?

Environmental problems in modern society have become increasingly prominent. Work pressure and physical pain can cause women to experience menopausal symptoms such as irregular menstruation, hot flashes, and excessive sweating at an early age, and menopause is becoming younger and younger. Women experience changes in the internal and external environment of their bodies, including internal changes such as decreased ovarian function and reduced or disappeared hormone secretion levels, and external changes involving a series of life problems such as emotions, work, study, and family, which can cause symptoms such as physical and mental fatigue, weight gain, irritability and insomnia, dry skin, and menstrual disorders.

The first is fertility. Without ovulation, you will not be able to have children and your reproductive function will be lost.

Secondly, appearance will change, which is what women care about most. As estrogen secretion decreases, collagen synthesis decreases, the skin becomes thinner, and wrinkles appear. At the same time, glandular secretion decreases, the skin all over the body becomes dry, itchy, and prone to allergies.

Third, the skin and mucous membranes of the reproductive tract become thinner, atrophied, and less elastic, affecting women's sexual life. Many women stop having sex after menopause, which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of both husband and wife.

Fourth, the urinary tract atrophies due to the decrease in estrogen, leading to urethritis, hematuria, and recurrent infections.

Fifth, osteoporosis causes teeth to fall out, the mouth to become sunken, and the back to become hunched.

Sixth, it affects the sense of taste, tears, dry mouth, dry eyes, poor taste and vision, and poor digestive function.

How to prevent early menopause?

It is important for women to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You should maintain an optimistic mood, constantly adjust your psychology, and always maintain a good attitude; you should not diet excessively to lose weight, and you should ensure appropriate and reasonable nutrition. After women reach the age of 30, their physiological functions begin to decline. People can choose foods rich in vitamin B, such as whole grains, bone broth, beans, milk, etc. to supplement nutrition.

In addition, a regular life can easily keep people's emotions stable, and the hormone levels and endocrine regulation in the body will be in a balanced state. You should also actively participate in physical activities, which can promote metabolism and enhance the physiological functions of various organs.
