Is protein 10 serious?

Pregnant women are prone to many symptoms during pregnancy, such as high urine protein levels. The reasons for this are generally normal, so pregnant women do not need to worry too much. However, if the urine protein content is very low, you need to go to the hospital for treatment in time, otherwise it may induce the occurrence of hypertension. So let us take a look at protein 10. Is it serious?

First, is protein 10 serious? Urine protein is a routine urine test. This is to check for kidney damage. Normal people have almost no protein in their urine. If the protein in the urine exceeds the standard, it is positive (+). Urine protein 1+ means that the protein content in the urine is high, which may be a kidney problem.

Second, normal urine contains no or only trace amounts of protein and the test result is negative. When the protein level in the urine rises to a certain amount, the test result is positive (+). Urine protein 1+ (plus sign) is the result of a 24-hour urine protein quantitative test. At the same time, it can also be expressed as urine protein with a plus sign, urine protein 1+. There are several ways to express it. The plus sign for urine protein means that 1L of urine contains 0.2-1.0g of protein, i.e. 0.2-1.0g/L.

Third, the appearance of urine protein 1+: Febrile proteinuria: Proteinuria occurs when a cold or other illness causes a fever of more than 38 degrees Celsius. Orthostatic proteinuria: Young people will have proteinuria when their spine bends forward and bends to the kidneys. If not treated in time, it will disappear automatically around the age of 30. Blood stasis kidney: Urinary protein will appear in renal vein sputum and other heart failure, but the protein will disappear when the blood stasis disappears. Proteinuria caused by kidney disease Whenever protein is found in a urine test, it is clear that you have kidney disease. Nephritis: Acute nephritis or chronic nephritis, the amount of urine protein ranges from a small amount to dozens of grams per day. Nephrotic syndrome: Large amounts of protein in the urine, exceeding three grams per day, occur. When symptoms are severe, protein seeps into the urine and lowers the protein concentration in the blood. In addition, there are cases caused by diabetic nephropathy, amyloidosis virus, and collagen disease. Nephrosclerosis: Due to the renal hypertension caused by this hypertensive state, the amount of urine protein will decrease, mostly below 300 mg.

Is protein 1+ serious? If the patient tests urine protein 1+, this also indicates kidney damage. You should go to the hospital for effective treatment in time to avoid delaying treatment and causing more harm to the patient. Early detection and early treatment will stop you from worrying about the disease. During the illness, patients should not take medicine blindly. They must take medicine under the doctor's advice to avoid causing more serious harm to the body. In daily life, they must pay attention to a healthy diet, avoid eating spicy food, and patients should not smoke or drink.
