How to make the placenta grow

How to make the placenta grow

The placenta is a very important tool that connects the fetus and the mother. If there is a problem with a woman's placenta, her pregnancy function will be affected to a certain extent, and the baby will not absorb energy in the body. However, there are still women whose placentas are located at the back or at the front. This kind of placenta will affect women's delivery to a certain extent. So how can we make the placenta grow?

A low-lying placenta is also called placenta previa. The normal attachment of the placenta is on the posterior wall, anterior wall or lateral wall of the uterine body. If the placenta is attached to the lower part of the uterus or covers the internal cervix, and is lower than the presenting part of the fetus, this situation is very critical and may endanger the lives of the mother and the child. So, how can a low-lying placenta grow?

How to grow a low lying placenta

1. Squatting is strictly prohibited. Once it is discovered that the placenta is low, pregnant mothers should avoid squatting as much as possible, because squatting can easily dilate the cervix, which can stretch the low-lying placenta and even cause bleeding and detachment.

2. Do not have sex. During pregnancy, sexual intercourse should be moderate. Pregnant women with low-lying placenta should be more careful and avoid it if possible to prevent bleeding that may cause miscarriage, premature birth, etc.

3. It is best to rest quietly. If conditions permit, you can rest in bed and walk around appropriately. Avoid lifting heavy objects, doing excessive housework, and especially avoid climbing stairs, as these will further aggravate a low-lying placenta.

4. Prevent constipation. Try to prevent constipation as much as possible, because the force exerted when defecating can affect the placenta. If you are constipated, exerting too much force can cause danger to the fetus. So it is best to pay attention to your diet to prevent constipation.

Dangers of a low-lying placenta

1. The condition of low-lying placenta is not easy to be detected by expectant mothers in the early stage. Once the disease develops to the later stage, the placenta will be detached from the continuously expanding cervical opening. At this time, it will cause vaginal bleeding in expectant mothers in the late pregnancy or during delivery.

2. If not treated in time, anemia will often occur in expectant mothers. When the situation is more urgent and serious, hemorrhagic shock will occur. At this time, even the babies in the expectant mothers' belly may suffer from hypoxia due to untimely blood supply, and intrauterine fetal distress or even death may occur.

A low-lying placenta requires special attention. It must grow out before delivery, otherwise there may be great danger. It is a huge test for both the pregnant woman and the fetus. Do not take it lightly, otherwise you will regret it. However, you should not be too nervous and cause mood swings. Stay relaxed, follow the doctor's instructions, take good care of yourself and your child, and I believe you will give birth to a healthy baby.
