1. Don’t touch cold water during menstruation

2. Don’t eat chili peppers during menstruation

3. Don’t eat cold food during menstruation

4. Never take a bath during menstruation

5. Do not do strenuous exercise during menstruation

You can go out for a walk or a stroll appropriately, but do not do strenuous exercise such as running or playing badminton. 6. Remember to supplement nutrition during menstruation

7. Do not have sex during menstruation
