Dark-colored menstrual fluid is often related to fullness, heat, blood stasis, and blockage, such as dark red, dark red, purple red, purple-black, ink red, with a sticky texture or blood clots. Of course, there are exceptions. For example, the two states of cold and heat are divided into two types: deficiency and excess. For example: blood heat can be divided into real heat and false heat.
