Polyps at the vaginal opening

Polyps at the vaginal opening

We all know that there are many women suffering from gynecological diseases in life, but there are relatively few women suffering from vaginal polyps, which are also one of the more serious gynecological diseases. Vaginal polyps are mostly caused by long-term sitting. If you want to regulate it, you not only need to take medicine but also need to cooperate with actions. So, what should you do if you have polyps at the vaginal opening?

Vaginal polyps are relatively rare and are usually caused by chronic inflammation. Or the patient may have poor blood circulation in the lower limbs and pelvis due to long-term sitting, a preference for spicy and irritating food, endocrine disorders caused by staying up late, and other bad habits may cause lower body lesions. Generally speaking, growths in the vagina do not affect the patient's health. If there is no obvious discomfort, you don't need to pay attention to it during sexual intercourse or childbirth.

If the polyp is large. Surgery can be performed if there is significant pain during sexual intercourse. Vaginal polyp removal is relatively simple. After disinfecting the vagina and cervix with iodine, use hemostatic forceps to clamp the root of the polyp and rotate it to remove it.

Vaginal itching is mainly caused by vaginitis, but vaginitis is divided into bacterial vaginitis and candidal vaginitis, and the symptoms and treatment medications are different. You have had candidal vaginitis before. This time you need to check to determine whether it is still candidal vaginitis or something else, so that you can take the right medication. Don't be careless! As for the vaginal polyps you mentioned, they are different from vaginitis. If it is confirmed to be a polyp, it can be treated by freezing or laser. Be sure to go to a regular hospital's gynecology department for treatment. Vaginal itching is very painful, so you must use the right medicine for the condition. Don't use too many different medicines to avoid bacterial imbalance. Be careful!

Small polyps have nothing to do with this symptom. However, if small polyps affect your life, it is better to consider surgical removal.
