How to regulate internal heat in women with yin deficiency?

Yin deficiency and internal heat is also called Yin deficiency fever, which is a relatively common fever syndrome. Many women also feel that they have Yin deficiency and internal heat, but they don’t know how to regulate it. In this case, in addition to medication, special attention should be paid to diet, especially fire-reducing foods.

1. Diet adjustment

You can eat more sweet, cool and moisturizing foods such as lean pork, duck, turtle, tortoise, mung bean, winter melon, red bean, jellyfish, water chestnut, sesame, lily, etc., and eat less warm and dry foods such as mutton, dog meat, leek, pepper, onion, garlic, sunflower seeds, etc.

2. Living and sleeping

3. Physical Exercise

It is only suitable for intermittent physical exercises of small to medium intensity. You can choose traditional fitness programs that combine movement and stillness, such as Tai Chi, Tai Chi sword, and Qigong. When exercising, you should control the amount of sweat and replenish water in time. If your skin is very dry, you can swim more often. It is not advisable to take a sauna.

4. Emotional regulation

You should control your emotions at ordinary times and stay calm when encountering things. Treat good times and bad times correctly. You can practice calligraphy and play chess to relax your mind and nature, and use traveling to express your feelings and cultivate your sentiments. Usually listen to soothing, gentle and lyrical music. Prevent irritation.

5. Keep warm

In daily life, you should pay attention to keeping warm, add or remove clothes and quilts as the seasons change. When sleeping at night, be careful not to kick off the quilt at will. In autumn, you should be especially careful not to follow the general trend of exposing your legs. When you feel your legs are cold, wear long underwear in time. You know your own physique.
