This is a currently popular eye bag plastic surgery, which removes eye fat through a small incision in the conjunctival sac of the lower eye. Therefore, there is no incision on the skin surface, which is very popular among young patients. This method is mainly suitable for patients with orbital fat protrusion, that is, typical eye bags caused by orbital septum bulging, without loose lower eyelid skin and skin wrinkles.

2. Surgical indications and contraindications

Anyone who is healthy and wants to remove eye bags can undergo this surgery. Patients with mental illness or other infectious diseases are not suitable for this surgery.

3. Precautions before surgery

1. Do not take drugs containing aspirin within two weeks before surgery, because aspirin will reduce the function of platelet coagulation;

IV. Postoperative precautions

It is common to see congestion and edema around the eyes after surgery. Apply local cold compress for two days after surgery, and switch to hot compress after the third day. This can reduce the degree of congestion and edema and help the edema subside. After external incision blepharoplasty, the orbicularis oculi relaxes and loses its normal tension, causing mild ectropion for a short period of time. This condition usually returns to normal 2 to 3 months after the operation.
