1. Blood deficiency

The main manifestations of blood deficiency are: sallow and pale complexion, pale lips and nails, dizziness and fatigue, blurred vision and palpitations, insomnia and nightmares, dry stool, delayed menstruation in women, scanty and light menstruation, pale tongue, slippery and dry tongue coating, and weak pulse.
