Action 3: Put your left hand on your waist, press down your right shoulder blade, and keep your eyes fixed. Continue for more than 5 seconds. Each movement should last for at least 5 seconds. If you can hold it for more than 10 seconds, it is also fine. The left and right sides need to alternate movements.

Locust Pose

Benefits: Strengthen the back and increase the flexibility of the lower back

Action 1: Lie flat on the ground with your head slightly leaning against the ground, your hands together on both sides of your body, and your soles of your feet touching the ground.

Action 2: Use your stomach strength to lift both your upper and lower body off the ground. Keep your upper body and hand positions unchanged, and keep your big toes together for 5 to 10 seconds.

Action 3: Bend your hands and place them close to your chest. Use a little force to keep your upper body up, while maintaining the same posture for your lower body. Maintain this position for 5 to 10 seconds.

Kitten pose

Action 1: Kneel on all fours, with your hands and feet as wide as your shoulders. Open your fingers, using your fingers to exert force mainly, and put your ankles above your toes.

Action 2: Touch the ground with your right shoulder, make your right hand 90 degrees to your body, and slightly touch the ground with your head. Extend your left hand upward, look upward, and retract your lower abdomen for 5 to 10 seconds.

Action 3: Twist your right hand backwards and try to touch the inner side of your right thigh. If you cannot do so, keep your fingers still for about 5 to 10 seconds.

Side Triangle Pose

Benefits: It can strengthen the legs, twist the whole body to promote digestion, and twist the arms to increase muscle movement.

Action 1: Move your left foot forward with your left knee directly above your ankle. Extend your right foot backward and straighten it, with both ankles in the same straight line and your body facing right.

Action 2: Use your left forearm to push hard on your left thigh, stretch your right hand upward, look at your right fingers, and keep your body perpendicular to your right foot. Continue for about 5 to 10 seconds.

Action 3: Move your right hand behind your back and try to touch the inner side of your left thigh, intensifying the twisting of your body. Continue for about 5 to 10 seconds.

Tips for doing yoga at home

●It is not recommended to do yoga on the bed. You can choose a carpeted floor, or put a towel on the wooden floor. Never do it on marble or slippery floors, as improper force may cause injury.

● Each movement should last for at least 5 seconds. If you can hold it for more than 10 seconds, that's fine. Alternate the movements on both sides. The four movements form a cycle, and it is recommended to do 3 to 4 cycles a day.
