What are the early symptoms of uterine infertility?

The importance of the uterus to a woman is self-evident, but many women will experience some major and minor problems with the uterus, such as uterine infertility. When a woman learns that she suffers from uterine infertility, it is already a fatal blow. Therefore, no matter what, women should understand the early symptoms of uterine infertility, so that there is still some chance of rescue. If they are completely confused, then there will be no chance at all.

Type of disease

There are two common types of uterine dysplasia in clinical practice:

One is adolescent uterus, which is more common. One is mainly caused by insufficient endocrine influence, and the ratio of the length of the uterine cavity to the length of the cervical canal is about 1:1; the other is the infantile uterus, and the ratio of the length of the uterine cavity to the length of the cervical canal is about 1:2. Infantile uterus is often accompanied by ovarian hypoplasia, and this disease is more common in primary infertility. The effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment depends on the degree of uterine hypoplasia.

Traditional Chinese medicine classifies this type of patient as infertility due to kidney deficiency.

Uterine infertility is also known as uterine dysplasia and immature uterus, which mainly refers to the normal structure and shape of the uterus, but small size and relatively long cervix, and may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea, infrequent menstruation, or even primary or secondary amenorrhea. Uterine hypoplasia is often an important cause of infertility. The most common symptoms of uterine infertility are irregular menstruation, unclean sexual intercourse during menstruation, appendicitis and systemic infection.

Pathological etiology

Cervical atresia

Cervical atresia and stenosis are often caused after abortion surgery. The main reason is that the cervix is not fully dilated during suction, or the suction tube is removed with negative pressure, or the doctor's improper operation, etc., which causes damage to the female's endometrium. The ultimate result is infertility. Women with this condition often experience periodic pain in the lower abdomen. During examination, the vagina will be found to be purple-blue, the cervix is painful when lifted, and the uterus is slightly full, active, and tender.

Endocervical dysposition

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis can cause the uterus to be extremely retroverted, retroflexed or anteflexed, which is not conducive to the upward movement of sperm. In addition, cervical elongation, shortening or cervical prolapse may also change the normal positional relationship between the external cervical os and the posterior fornix, hindering the upward movement of sperm.

Intrauterine adhesions

Adhesions of the cervical canal and uterine base, uterine cavity deformation, menstrual disorders and infertility syndrome caused by endometrial damage and infection due to surgery, curettage, electrocautery and drug corrosion.

The above explains the early symptoms of uterine infertility. Female infertility is a serious blow to every woman, but in contemporary society, infertility is not a big problem. We can solve it through other methods. Of course, there are many medical technologies so advanced now, so there are many institutions for treating infertility. Therefore, infertile patients can try treatment and cannot completely give up treatment, which is not good.
