What should I do if I have calluses on my toes?

For women, calluses on toes are a common problem. Because I often wear high heels, calluses appear on both sides of my toes. It still remains after cutting and it looks ugly, which makes many women afraid to wear sandals in summer. However, if calluses appear on the feet, it often takes a long time to get rid of them. So how can you get rid of calluses on the feet quickly? Here are a few tips for you, I hope they will be helpful to you.

Tools/Materials: Electric pedicure device, pedicure, to solve the calluses, thick skin, dead skin, thick nails on the feet

1. When you are free at home, take off your high heels, expose your feet and relax, dry your feet, don't soak your feet

2. Take out the electric pedicure machine and choose the special blade suitable for your pedicure according to the thickness of the calluses on your feet: choose a metal mesh blade for thick calluses, foot pads, thick and hard dead skin, dead flesh, etc.; use a coarse metal grinding head for thinner calluses, dead skin, and thinning thick nails; use a fine metal grinding head for grinding calluses or nails on smaller areas.

3. Remove the dust cover and install the grinding head. If you are grinding thick nails or thin cuticles, you don’t need a dust cover. Then connect the power cord to the machine host and turn on the main power.

4. Hold the machine and grind it in a circular motion towards the part that needs to be trimmed. Pay special attention to providing a support point for your wrist to increase stability.

5. The thick cuticle of calluses can be ground into powder in just a few minutes.

6. If you have ingrown toenails, you can use the provided ingrown toenail pliers to trim them. During the pedicure process, different grinding heads can also be replaced.

7. After achieving the desired pedicure effect, turn off the machine, unplug the power cord, clean it with a cleaning brush, and then put away the electric pedicure device.

The above are some effective ways to solve this problem for women. But it should be noted that for areas where calluses have already formed, it is best to trim your feet regularly to prevent them from getting thicker. However, when dealing with calluses, do not tear them too hard or pick them with your hands to avoid damaging normal skin. If you also have this problem, try it now.
