Is it better to delay your period or to bring it forward?

For many women in life, delayed menstruation must be a big deal. In addition, generally speaking, there are many reasons for delayed menstruation that people cannot understand. Generally speaking, delayed menstruation for two or three days is not a serious matter. However, it indicates the occurrence of various factors and symptoms in many women's bodies. So is it better to delay menstruation or advance it? How to distinguish it?

It is not about whether early or late menstruation is better, but that menstruation must be regular. It is normal to delay or advance menstruation as long as it does not exceed one week.

If there is a discussion between early and late, the first thing to ask is age.

If you are a young woman under 35 years old, it doesn't matter if your menstruation is early or late, and there is no need to worry. Emotional instability, emotional impulses, environmental changes, pregnancy, abortion, childbirth and any other factors can cause young women's menstruation to be early or late.

For women over 40, delayed menstruation is always better than early menstruation. There is nothing wrong with having an early period once or twice occasionally, but everyone will be affected by psychological pressure. However, if it occurs earlier every month and forms a new pattern, for example, it used to be once every 30 days, but now it becomes once every 26 days, it may be the earliest sign of menopause.

The menstrual interval becomes shorter because the reserve of follicles decreases. After the pituitary gland receives feedback from the ovaries, the basal value of follicle-stimulating hormone (the usual value) increases immediately, further stimulating the remaining follicles to accelerate growth. This is the menopausal transition period, which lasts about 5-6 years, and estrogen can be normal or high. Because the follicle activates quickly and grows quickly, the stage from follicle activation to ovulation is shortened, so the entire menstrual interval also becomes shorter, which is in a sense "early menstruation". Don't worry, most people reach menopause in their early 50s. After all, only a very small number of people reach menopause at the age of 45 or below.

From the above article, we learned that it is better to delay or advance menstruation. Menstruation is the most accurate, and it is best to advance it because a series of problems such as environmental changes and artificial abortion may cause our menstruation to be delayed.
