symptom:

It is often manifested as late menstruation, small amount of dark color and clots, cold pain in the lower abdomen, which is relieved by heat but more painful when pressed, preference for warm food and drinks, heavy limbs, and usually clear and thin leucorrhea with large amount of discharge.

1. Pepper and brown sugar eggs:

Add 50g of brown sugar into water and boil until melted. Beat in 1 egg and add 1 teaspoon of pepper powder before cooking the egg.

2. Fennel and beef bone soup:

Add 500g of beef bones and water to boil soup, add 200g of fresh fennel (chopped into small pieces) and salt.

3. Fermented bean curd and dried ginger slices:

Peel and slice 500g of dried ginger, add salt and slightly dry it, marinate it in fermented bean curd juice for 10 days before eating.

4. Yuanhu beef soup:

Add 1000g of beef soup, 5g of Yuanhu, Amomum villosum and 5g of cardamom kernel, boil for half an hour, add salt and chopped ginger and scallion and it is ready to drink.

Damp-heat type

symptom:

The symptoms are mostly burning and stabbing pain in the lower abdomen before menstruation, distension that is not relieved by pressure, red and thick lumps in the abdomen, early menstruation, accompanied by thirst and irritability, short and yellow urine, hard stools, and excessive and yellow vaginal discharge.

1. Mung bean and coix seed porridge:

Add 100g mung bean, 100g coix seed and 100g glutinous rice to water and salt and cook for 2 hours before eating.

2. Shepherd’s purse and tofu soup:

Wash 300g of shepherd's purse and put it into the broth. Add 50g of tofu (sliced) and salt.

3. Plantain duck egg soup:

Wash and chop 100g fresh plantain into small pieces and put it into the broth. Beat the duck eggs into a bowl and mix well. Fry them in a pan with oil, then put them into the plantain soup and add salt.

Generally speaking, dysmenorrhea in women is caused by certain diseases, so if you have dysmenorrhea, you must go to the hospital for examination and treatment immediately.
