2. Gonorrhea: A sexually transmitted disease caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae, with purulent infection of the urogenital system as the main manifestation. Cephalosporin antibiotics can be used for treatment, and it is emphasized that sexual partners must be treated at the same time.

3. Cervical cancer or endometrial cancer: Both are common malignant lesions of the female reproductive tract. When combined with infection, vaginal discharge is often rice-soup-like or pus-bloody, with a foul odor, which is generally a manifestation of late-stage cancer.

The above are the main diseases that cause thick leucorrhea. The most serious one is cervical cancer, which is the most serious female reproductive disease and can also infect other parts of the body.
