Most of them are connected to the uterus, with irregular shapes and clear boundaries with surrounding tissues. This type of uterine fibroids is difficult to distinguish from uterine and ovarian tumors if only examined by B-ultrasound, so it needs to be combined with other examinations to achieve a better diagnosis.
