What to do if you don’t ovulate? How to induce ovulation?

For women who want to add a child to their family, their dream will be shattered if they cannot ovulate. However, women who do not ovulate should not be completely disappointed, because after treatment, ovulation is completely possible. Sometimes taking ovulation-inducing drugs can even increase ovulation and allow you to conceive twins at once. So, what measures should be taken to induce ovulation when ovulation does not occur?

1. Pregnancy Soup

Ingredients: 50g angelica, 15g honeysuckle (also known as Erhua), 10 red dates, a handful of black beans, 2 taels of brown sugar, 3 to 5 eggs

Preparation method: Wrap the angelica and honeysuckle in gauze and put them in the pot together with the other ingredients like cooking medicine. In the end, the soup should be enough for one bowl. Then drink the soup and eat all the red dates, black beans and eggs. Remember to take it on the first day of menstruation, this is a must.

Wash the eggs, boil them for a while, then crack the shells and continue boiling like tea eggs until the soup is enough for a bowl.

2. Black beans/black bean milk/black bean soup

(1) Black bean soup benefits: promote follicle development and supplement estrogen

Soak overnight, then add water and simmer for about an hour, the beans will be softer. Eat about 50 beans a day with a small bowl of soup for 6-7 days (after the menstruation is over)

(2) Black bean effects: Supplementing estrogen

Soak some black beans in clean water for about 12 hours, then cook them in clean water until cooked through, adding a little salt. Starting from the first day after the end of menstruation, take 47 pills a day for 6 consecutive days.

3. Black bean glutinous rice porridge

Efficacy: Improve luteal insufficiency

Ingredients: 30g black beans, 60g glutinous rice

Method: Wash the black beans and glutinous rice, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook them into porridge over low heat. Take daily.

The above three soups are very good medicinal foods, which can have a good effect in promoting ovulation. If you have anovulation, you can try the above-mentioned soups and porridge. However, if you have ovulated, it is best not to take the above-mentioned medicated food, because using external means to promote multiple ovulation is not good for the fetus.
