4. Bad hygiene habits: Not paying attention to the local cleanliness of the vulva, long-term irritation of the vulva by menstrual secretions or even urine and feces can cause itching; using rubber or plastic menstrual bags during menstruation, and wearing non-breathable chemical fiber underwear can induce itching due to moisture and heat accumulation.
