Symptoms of menopause in women

Menopause is the inevitable path for every woman's flower to wither, and no one can avoid it. Many women do not know how to judge whether they have reached menopause, and improve their diet and lifestyle habits to better survive menopause. At this time, family members should also be considerate of the mother or wife's emotions. Women who know that they are about to enter menopause also need to regulate their emotions and pay more attention to other interests and hobbies.

Symptoms of menopause in women

1 Menstrual disorders: Menstrual disorders are the most common characteristics of menopausal women. Menstruation is often delayed, sometimes only occurring once every few months, and the amount of menstruation gradually decreases. When estrogen levels continue to decrease until they are gone, the body will no longer have menstruation and we become menopausal.

Neurological and mental disorders: Some women have obvious fluctuations in blood pressure and may have emotional instability, irritability, personality changes, memory loss, etc.

2 Cardiovascular and lipid metabolism disorders: Coronary heart disease and diabetes may occur.

3. Degeneration of the motor system: pain in the waist, back and limbs; some women experience periarthritis of the shoulder and cervical spondylosis

Menopause Psychology

(1) Pay special attention to rumors

In some units, there are always some people who like to spread gossip or rumors, and some menopausal women are active participants and victims of these spreads. When rumors are exaggerated and distorted, they cause tension in interpersonal relationships, which is a vicious stimulus to menopausal women.

(2) Sensory hypersensitivity

Relate some unpleasant things happening around you to yourself. When hearing about women of the same age dying of cancer, they will immediately think that they may have the same result; at home, when the children come home late from school, they will wonder if something happened on the way; some women will wonder if there is a third party when they call home or their lovers come home late. These connections are often of the dark variety, with feelings of unhappiness, sadness, and worry.

Therefore, every woman who reaches menopause should pay attention to strengthening self-care to ensure that she can smoothly pass through this turning point in her life. In terms of mental psychology, they have difficulty concentrating, lack confidence in doing things, have weakened work ability, have poor memory and adaptability, are indecisive in handling things, and are in a moderate state of sadness, anxiety, suspicion, paranoia, and worry. The key is to maintain good eating and living habits and maintain a good attitude.
