Does the initial redness of the hard lower abdomen itch?

I recently had a small bump on both sides of my labia majora. After examination, it was diagnosed as syphilis, which was sclerosing glycosides. This condition is usually painless and itchy, or has mild itching. After a clear diagnosis, penicillin and other drugs should be used for treatment in time. Through active and reasonable treatment, recovery should be able to be achieved as soon as possible. In addition, the private parts should be kept clean on a daily basis, and regular follow-up examinations should be conducted in the hospital. Finally, after several tests showing that the test result for syphilis is negative, it indicates that the disease has been cured.

Chancroid is a manifestation of primary syphilis, which occurs two to four weeks after unclean sexual intercourse. It is a papule at first, but quickly ulcerates. The typical chancroid is ring-shaped, 1 to 2 cm in diameter, with a clear surface, a slightly higher than the plane, a bright red erosive surface, a small amount of exudate, and contains a large number of Treponema pallidum.

In addition, chancroid has the following characteristics: first, it has cartilage-like firmness when palpated; second, it has no pain or tenderness; third, the number of lesions is generally only one. Fourth, clean the surface of the hazard. 5. Even without treatment, it can disappear naturally within three to eight weeks, leaving no trace or slight atrophic scars. A few days to a week after the appearance of the chancre, after some lymph nodes on one side swell, the other side will also swell. In the early stage of chancre, the syphilis blood cell test of some patients is negative, and then the positive rate gradually increases. Six to eight weeks after the appearance of chancre, the blood cell test of all patients becomes positive.

Syphilis is caused by Treponema pallidum (Treponema pallidum). It has a long history of disease, initially invading sexual organs and skin, and in the later stages invading internal organs of the human body, with a variety of symptoms and clinical signs. The disease can basically affect every internal organ of the body. Syphilis can be spread among groups through sexual intercourse, and can be transmitted from mother to fetus, seriously endangering the next generation. Very few patients are infected through kissing, breastfeeding, or touching daily necessities of infectious patients. Among reproductive tract infections, the total number of cases of syphilis is low, but because of its long history and great adverse effects, it should be taken seriously.
