There is generally no obvious discomfort during menstruation. A small number of women may experience back pain, lower abdominal distension, etc., accompanied by mild diarrhea or constipation. This is due to pelvic congestion during menstruation. Due to the imbalance of the cerebral cortex during menstruation and the influence of fluctuating hormone levels, some women will also experience systemic reactions to varying degrees. Such as dizziness, headache, fatigue, drowsiness, irritability, emotional agitation and breast pain. But they are generally mild and will not affect study and work. If you experience severe abdominal pain before or during menstruation, or even nausea, vomiting, or fainting, you should consider dysmenorrhea and seek medical attention promptly.

There are many manifestations, but each person is different, and each person's manifestations are also different. There may be no manifestations, there may be only one manifestation, or there may be several manifestations. Specific manifestations include the following: 1. Fatigue and general discomfort; 2. Sadness, lethargy, and even crying or anger without reason; 3. In severe cases, the patient is unwilling to pay attention to family members and friends, and is so lonely that he or she is bedridden; 4. Chest pain, bloating, and constipation; 5. Weight gain and edema 1 to 3 days before menstruation, especially swollen fingers in the morning and lower limbs in the afternoon.

There are many symptoms before menstruation comes. Generally speaking, the symptoms of each woman are different. Most women will have abdominal pain, and a small number of women will experience dizziness and other reactions. These are all normal. As long as you make some timely adjustments to your body to adapt when menstruation comes, you will be fine.
