4. Raise the head of the bed by 2-3 inches when sleeping.

4. Try to eat small and frequent meals. Except for drinking water, do not eat 3 hours before going to bed.

5. It is not advisable to eat foods that can produce acid, such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc., nor is it advisable to eat foods with strong acidity, such as vinegar, lemon juice, etc.
