What is vaginal itching?

Women's bodies are sometimes very fragile and need to be conditioned to prevent various diseases. Among them, vulvar itching is a disease that most women have suffered from. It often manifests as persistent and paroxysmal itching and redness, and sometimes the symptoms are more severe at night. The itchy areas often gather around the labia or the clitoris, affecting sleep and physical and mental health. So let’s take a look at what causes female vulvar itching?

Many women with vulvar itching scratch unconsciously after falling asleep, which may cause local skin ulcers or scratch marks, and make the vulvar skin red, swollen and infected.

1. Women who sit in the office for a long time and do not move often are very likely to experience symptoms of vulvar itching. Sitting on a chair for a long time without moving will make the vulva stuffy, especially on chairs with very soft cushions.

2. Non-breathable underwear does not absorb sweat, which will make the vulva too moist for a long time and cause vulva itching. In short, in addition to inflammatory diseases that cause vulvar itching, if women do not want to be troubled by itching every day, it is best to wear loose full-body underwear, walk around frequently when you have nothing to do, and avoid sitting for long periods of time.

3. In many cases, vulvar itching caused by inflammation is due to vaginitis. There are many types of vaginitis, including candidal vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginitis, etc. Inflammation of the uterus, cervix, and urethra can also cause vulva itching.

From this we can see that the top priority is to maintain one's private hygiene and health. If this most basic cleanliness cannot be maintained, the condition will become more serious. The most necessary thing is to go to a regular specialist hospital for part testing to see what causes the disease so that medication can be used for treatment. In daily life, you need to change and wash your underwear frequently to keep your private parts clean.
