Therefore, we must cherish our own bodies, and green development concept and health are the basis! So, what is the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding in anovulatory women?

What is the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding in anovulatory women?

Functional imbalance of uterine bleeding is commonly known as functional uterine bleeding, which is abnormal uterine bleeding caused by various organic diseases of the whole body and urinary system. It is divided into anovulatory functional uterine bleeding and ovulatory functional uterine bleeding. The clinical symptoms of anovulatory uterine bleeding are excessive menstrual bleeding, prolonged duration, short and unpredictable time intervals, and little but continuous bleeding. In severe cases, the uterus may need to be removed.

If it occurs during puberty, the blood E2 level of adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding is within the normal range of pregnant women, but there are no blood LH and FSH peaks in the middle and late stages of the normal physiological cycle, suggesting that the cause of the disease is an abnormality in the hypothalamic-pituitary-hypophysial feedback regulation of estrogen. It takes some time for the puberty nervous system-hypothalamic-pituitary-uterine-ovarian axis to establish normal function. If at this time you are overworked, stressed or otherwise affected by genetic factors such as obesity or insulin resistance, you may develop hemorrhage or other menstrual disorders, such as polycystic ovary syndrome.

If it is the menopausal buffer period, the woman's egg reserves are low, her sensitivity to gonadotropin is reduced, or the responsiveness of the hypothalamus-pituitary gland to the positive feedback regulation of estrogen is reduced. Luteal function deficiency, interrupted or irregular ovulation, and finally termination of ovulation may occur first. At this time, the egg still has a certain degree of growth and development, but it is slow, insufficient, or the decline is irregular, and feedback regulation cannot be generated, resulting in insufficient estrogen levels and causing the disease.

If it is of childbearing age, temporary anovulation may occur due to certain internal and external environmental stimuli, such as fatigue, stress, miscarriage, surgery or illness. Persistent anovulation may also be caused by obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinuria and other factors.
