What are the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy at 45 days?

Ectopic pregnancy is one of the diseases that currently has a great impact on women's bodies. It should be noted that ectopic pregnancy bleeding is generally massive bleeding caused by acute rupture, which is life-threatening and requires timely rescue. But how do you know if you have an ectopic pregnancy? This is something everyone wants to know, so it is particularly important to understand the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Below is my opinion on the early clinical symptoms of ectopic pregnancy.

Symptoms of early ectopic pregnancy about 45 days:

1. Amenorrhea: Except for interstitial pregnancy, which lasts for a longer period of time, most cases last for 6 to 8 weeks. Generally, symptoms such as abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding occur after menopause. However, some people have no history of amenorrhea, and about 20% of patients complain of no history of amenorrhea.

2. Abdominal pain: It is the main symptom when the patient seeks treatment. Abdominal pain is caused by many factors, including fallopian tube enlargement, rupture, and blood irritating the peritoneum. When rupture occurs, the patient suddenly feels tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. If the blood is confined to the lesion area, it will manifest as local pain in the lower abdomen; when blood accumulates in the rectouterine pouch, there will be a feeling of heaviness in the anus, and excessive bleeding will cause blood to flow from the pelvic cavity to the abdominal cavity, and the pain will spread from the lower abdomen to the entire abdomen; when the blood stimulates the diaphragm, it can cause radiating pain in the shoulder blades.

3. Vaginal bleeding: After the death of the embryo, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, which is dark brown in color and small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, but it is spotty and not clean.

4. Syncope and shock: Acute intra-abdominal bleeding may cause decreased blood volume and severe abdominal pain. Mild cases often experience syncope, while severe cases may experience shock. The severity of the disease is proportional to the rate and amount of intra-abdominal bleeding, that is, the more and more rapid the bleeding, the faster and more severe the symptoms will appear, but it is not proportional to the amount of vaginal bleeding.

Now you should know how dangerous ectopic pregnancy is. Therefore, it is very important to keep in mind these early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, especially for female friends. They should pay more attention to changes in their bodies. Once an ectopic pregnancy occurs, it will not be so troublesome if it is discovered and treated early. I hope this helps you all.
