Luteal phase of menstruation

Luteal phase of menstruation

There is a process for women to conceive. It does not mean that women can know whether they are pregnant immediately after having sex. There is a transition period during this period, which is about one month. Each stage has different reactions and different names, namely menstrual period, follicular phase, ovulation phase, and luteal phase. When are the luteal phases of menstruation?

Day 1-7: Menstrual period (pre-green light period) - women are overly sensitive to the outside world

Because pregnancy does not occur, under the regulation of pituitary hormones, the secretion of estrogen and progesterone in the ovaries decreases, the endometrial blood supply arterioles spasm and contract, and then rupture, causing the endometrium to be ischemic, necrotic and shed, resulting in menstruation. This process lasts about 2-8 days... This process is actually a very subtle adjustment of the organism itself, which allows the non-fertilized endometrium to be updated in time to prevent abnormal changes such as cancer from occurring due to excessive proliferation. During menstruation, due to the decrease in ovarian hormone levels, the amount of urine increases slightly compared to usual, so women feel that they are particularly slim and have a beautiful figure. At the same time, women's skin is becoming more delicate day by day.

?Day 18-28: Luteal phase (post-green light phase) - Women are in a state of transition from a relatively balanced state to a state of irritability, tension and irritability.

After ovulation, the amount of estrogen decreases, but the corpus luteum continues to secrete progesterone at a high level, keeping the endometrium rich in blood and nutrients and further thickening. At this time, the "soil" of the endometrium is still fertile and suitable for "pregnancy", so that a possible pregnancy will not be "sustainable" in the early stages of "sowing". In the first few days, women's physical and mental conditions are in a relatively stable state, and they will not feel particularly excited or depressed. But as this cycle is about to end, the progesterone gradually increases and begins to take effect, and the woman's physical state will begin to become more and more unstable. The last few days are when women are at their lowest emotional point, and they are prone to temper tantrum, irritability, tension, mood swings, and suicidal tendencies are 7 times higher than usual. If women are sensitive to this change in themselves, they should consciously arrange more easy work, such as avoiding making major decisions during this period. Not only did my mood reach a low point, but my skin also started to have problems: rough skin and acne breakouts. Moreover, because a lot of water is retained in the body, women feel bloated and fat.

Now everyone understands that the luteal phase of menstruation is the beginning and end of the conception process, and the behavioral characteristics of women are also very different. So, pregnancy is a wonderful thing that requires a series of hidden and unknown processes. In a sense, it is understandable why some women have difficulty getting pregnant, as there are too many factors to consider.
