How to do vaginal tightening surgery

Vaginal tightening surgery is a very important invention. In the past, many people would suffer from family disharmony because their vagina was not tight enough and they could not feel pleasure during sex. Now, the invention of vaginal tightening surgery in medicine and cosmetology can make many people's lives harmonious. However, this surgery also has risks and does not only have benefits. How is vaginal tightening surgery performed?

The traditional surgery is to cut a piece of the vaginal mucosa and then sew it up. However, people do not know that the reason why the vagina is loose is because its internal tissue is damaged. In addition, the mucosa has strong stretchability, so it is easy to relapse soon after the operation.

The surgical method currently used is a modified version of the vaginal tightening procedure, which determines the width that needs to be narrowed at the most bulging part of the vagina so that the vagina can accommodate 2+ fingers. A fusiform incision is made on the excess mucosa and the tissue underneath to inactivate the activity of the vaginal mucosal cells, which are then embedded and sutured to fill the vaginal rectal space in order to thicken and strengthen the pelvic floor tissue.

The method of vaginal tightening is to adopt the lithotomy position of the bladder, and perform anesthesia of the posterior vaginal wall by swelling technique. Make an arc-shaped incision on the skin side at the junction of the skin and mucosa of the posterior vaginal wall, and peel off 1/2 of the total length of the posterior vaginal wall mucosa under the vaginal mucosa. Pull the muscle tissue on both sides together and suture them. Repair the muscle ruptures. The vagina should be tight enough to accommodate two fingers. The vaginal mucosa bulges into the vagina and is not removed to maintain the integrity of the mucosal layer. Fill the vagina with a 3-4 cm diameter gauze roll or iodine-form gauze roll to apply pressure and stop bleeding, and remove it after 24-48 hours.

After undergoing vaginal tightening surgery, you must learn postoperative care, avoid eating irritating foods, rest in bed as much as possible, and not have sex within a week. You must maintain good eating and living habits, get enough sleep, avoid engaging in physical labor too early, and recover completely.
