【Standard positioning】External meridian point. In the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus and 3 inches lateral to the middle.

【Main diseases treated】Uterine prolapse, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, endometritis, infertility, etc.

3. Sanyinjiao

【Standard location】Spleen meridian point on the foot Taiyin. On the inner side of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, behind the inner edge of the tibia.

[Main diseases treated] Abdominal pain, intestinal rumbling, abdominal distension, diarrhea, loose stools, irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, leucorrhea, prolapse of the uterus, amenorrhea, infertility, dystocia, spermatorrhea, impotence, enuresis, hernia, foot paralysis, urticaria, insomnia, neurasthenia, urticaria, and neurodermatitis.

4. Return

【Standard location】Acupoint on the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming. In the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline.

[Main diseases treated] Stretching due to stroke, cold limbs, syncope, epilepsy, fatigue, abdominal pain around the navel, edema, rectal prolapse, diarrhea, constipation, incontinence, five types of stranguria, and female infertility.

5. Kidney healing

【Standard location】At the waist, 1.5 inches below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra

【Main diseases treated】Irregular menstruation, low back pain, asthma, deafness, anemia, intercostal neuralgia, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, etc.

6. Baliao Point

[Standard Positioning] Also known as Shangliao, Ciliao, Zhongliao and Xialiao, there are eight acupoints on the left and right, which are located in the first, second, third and fourth posterior sacral foramina respectively, collectively known as the "eight acupoints".

[Main diseases treated] Lumbar and sacral diseases, lower back pain, sciatica, lower limb paralysis, dysuria, irregular menstruation, lower abdominal distension and pain, pelvic inflammatory disease and other diseases.

[Acupoints] For damp-heat, add Yinlingquan (see acupoint map 2); for blood stasis, cold and dampness, add Diji (see acupoint map 2); for pathogenic toxins that damage the yin, add Taixi (see acupoint map 2).

[Moxibustion method] Use moxa sticks or a moxibustion box for mild moxibustion. Each acupoint is treated for 15-20 minutes each time. Take once a day, one course of treatment is 10 days, with 2-3 days break in between. Female friends can stop taking it during their menstrual period.
