Things to note when not using a belly belt after childbirth

Nowadays, many pregnant mothers need to undergo surgery. If the child cannot be born smoothly, a cesarean section is required. However, nowadays, the problem of not being able to give birth smoothly sometimes threatens our life and health, and we have to undergo surgical treatment. Caesarean section is also the most direct and fundamental treatment method. Caesarean section also cures our problems to a certain extent. Therefore, cesarean section is very beneficial for the treatment of our diseases. However, not using a belly belt after childbirth is a very important content that cannot be ignored. Let us learn about the precautions for not using a belly belt after childbirth!

Note:

(I) The abdominal wall incision starts from 4 to 5 cm below the navel and cuts to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis, about 10 to 12 cm long. There are also cases where the lower abdomen is curved.

(ii) After cutting the uterine bladder folded peritoneum and entering the abdominal cavity, lift the uterine bladder peritoneum and make an arc-shaped incision about 12 cm long at 1 to 2 cm from the folded peritoneum. After cutting the folded peritoneum, first move it upward to the folded part to facilitate the final suture, then use your fingers to gently peel the bladder downward about 4 to 5 cm along the plane of loose connective tissue between the bladder and cervix, and then move it to both sides to the side edge of the uterus to expose the lower segment of the uterus.

(III) Cut open the lower uterine segment and pull away the bladder. Make a 3cm long horizontal incision 2-3cm below the incision. The longer the labor lasts, the thinner the muscle wall of the lower uterine segment becomes, sometimes only 2-3mm thick. Cut slowly with a knife (be careful not to damage the fetus) until the fetal membrane is exposed and the membrane is broken and the amniotic fluid is sucked out. Use bandage scissors to extend to both sides to make an arc-shaped incision about 12cm long and curved upward (Figures 220 and 221). You can also insert your fingers and gently separate along the fiber direction until it is close to the side edge of the lower uterine segment (Figure 222). If you think the opening is not big enough, you can expand it by cutting upward in an arc at both ends. Do not cut straight to both sides to avoid damaging large blood vessels (Figure 223).

Ergonovine and oxytocin 10-20 U. The incision can be clamped with a ring clamp to stop bleeding and used for traction to facilitate suturing (

5) Suture the uterine incision with 2 layers of 1 chromic gut suture. The inner layer is sutured intermittently or continuously without passing through the endometrium, and the outer layer is sutured continuously. Finally, the uterine bladder fold peritoneum is sutured continuously. Check for bleeding, remove the pelvic fluid and blood, count the gauze and find no stains, and close the abdominal cavity.

The above content introduces to us the precautions of not using a belly belt after childbirth. I believe that everyone now has a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the method of cesarean section. Yes, to date, cesarean section is also one of the most effective ways to treat fertility problems. We might as well tell this method to the pregnant mothers around us.
