Knowledge about female infertility examination

To each of us, every child is an angel and the fruit of marital love. However, nowadays, infertility occurs in many people, blocking their door to happiness. Wanting to have children but not having them is very painful, and it may also lead to family disharmony or even breakup. In order to get rid of this pain and to have their own lovely baby as soon as possible, they embarked on a long journey to seek medical treatment.

The first thing to do in treating infertility is to conduct various examinations. In fact, these are some necessary physical examinations. We can understand our bodies better and know whether we can have a healthy baby.

If you don't get pregnant after one year of normal sexual life after marriage, it is called infertility. At this time, you need to go to the hospital for relevant examinations in time. Specifically, it is generally advisable for women to go to the hospital for infertility examination within 3-7 days after menstruation.

The examination process will have a great impact on the accuracy of the examination results. The initial examination of the male and female reproductive systems should start with the simplest and least invasive examination. For example, men should first undergo a semen test, which is a quick, non-invasive test; women should first check their ovarian function, and then the condition of their fallopian tubes and uterus. Still no results, a more in-depth, high-level inspection should be conducted.

1. Whole body and reproductive system examination. In addition to general visual examination and palpation, vaginal endoscopy and internal examination should be performed. This can provide a preliminary understanding of the general conditions of the vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and pelvic cavity, such as whether the size and position of the uterus are normal; whether there are any lumps in the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries; the mobility of the appendages, etc.

2. Check the uterine appendages and do B-ultrasound to check the size of the ovaries, whether there are polycystic ovaries, whether the uterus is deformed, and the thickness of the endometrium. Determine whether there are any lesions in the uterus and uterine appendages, such as endometriosis, ovarian and fallopian tube tumors, uterine fibroids, etc.

3. Blood tests for mycoplasma and chlamydia. Due to inflammation and damage to the female reproductive tract, antibodies will also be produced in female serum and cervical mucus. The presence of this antibody prevents sperm from penetrating the cervical mucus and fertilization.

The 21-step infertility examination method mainly includes 11-step examinations for women (vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, pelvic cavity, immune factors, etc.) and 10-step examinations for men (sperm, semen, urethra, prostate, testicles, sex hormones, etc.). The 21-step infertility examination method is a scientific and systematic examination approach that requires cutting-edge examination equipment and the cooperation of senior experts to complete.

If infertility is the door blocking happiness, then infertility testing is the key to open this door. Doing infertility examinations as early as possible, understanding your physical condition, and conducting targeted treatment can help infertile patients eliminate infertility problems in the shortest time possible and realize the dream of having another child. I hope everyone has a healthy baby.
