What are the effective treatments for adnexitis?

There may be many reasons for adnexitis. Many women do not pay attention to their health in their daily living habits. Adnexitis is a relatively common gynecological disease. In the process of treating it, there are drug treatments, response treatments and physical therapy. Of course, different stages and different conditions require different treatments. Here we introduce the treatment methods for adnexitis.

1. Antibiotic treatment: Antibiotics are suitable for patients with adnexitis with obvious symptoms. Antibiotics are commonly used drugs that can kill remaining pathogenic bacteria and prevent their acute attacks.

2. Tissue therapy: such as intramuscular injection of placental tissue fluid and placental globulin.

3. Physical therapy: Physical therapy is one of the commonly used methods to treat various gynecological diseases. Commonly used physical therapies include shortwave, ultrashort wave, infrared audio, iontophoresis, etc. However, do not use physical therapy if the body temperature exceeds 37.5℃ or if you have genital tuberculosis. The benign stimulation of warmth can promote pelvic blood circulation, improve the nutritional status of local tissues, and facilitate the absorption and disappearance of inflammation.

4. Other drug treatments: Intrauterine injection can be performed for fallopian tube obstruction caused by chronic salpingitis.

5. Surgical treatment: Surgical treatment of adnexitis is suitable for the following situations: Larger hydrosalpinx or fallopian tube ovarian cysts caused by inflammation can be treated surgically. For those who are infertile due to fallopian tube obstruction, fallopian tube repair surgery can be performed. For patients with recurrent acute attacks of chronic salpingo-oophoritis and pelvic peritonitis who have not responded well to drug treatment, and for older patients, surgical treatment can also be considered.

Many women have been affected by adnexitis for a long time, which affects their work and life. The above treatments, including antibiotic treatment and walking treatment, are all early treatments. Antibiotics help us kill some bacteria. The formation of adnexitis is mainly caused by bacterial infection, so it is more important that in order to prevent recurrence, female friends must pay attention to their own hygiene.
