When is the best time to test for early pregnancy?

There are many ways to test early pregnancy now, and different methods may have some advantages and disadvantages. Many people now choose to use test strips, or basal body temperature tests, and B-ultrasound tests, etc., and want to know whether they are really pregnant. Then when using these methods, you should also grasp the most correct time, because the detection time will affect the accuracy of the test.

Early pregnancy test time

Early pregnancy test paper can generally detect pregnancy time about 3-5 days after the menstrual period. If the test paper shows two red lines, it means that you are pregnant, otherwise you are not pregnant;

Basal body temperature test early pregnancy time

Generally, a woman's body temperature is below 36.5 degrees before ovulation, and rises by 0.3-0.5 degrees after ovulation. If the egg is not fertilized, progesterone levels will drop after about a week and body temperature will return to normal. If pregnant, the body temperature remains high. The time for this early pregnancy test starts from before pregnancy until one week after ovulation. If the high temperature phenomenon still persists after one week and lasts for more than 18 days, it can be confirmed that pregnancy is confirmed. This test method can be said to be the earliest method of early pregnancy testing, and it can also be said to be the longest method of early pregnancy testing, because body temperature must be measured every day for at least one week.

Super inspection time

The time for B-ultrasound to detect early pregnancy is generally about a week after the menstrual period is delayed. You can go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination to see if you are pregnant. If you can see a pregnancy halo under the B-ultrasound, it means you are pregnant;

Blood HCG test pregnancy time

To check whether you are pregnant, you can usually go to the hospital for a blood HCG test about 20 days after having sex to check the HCG content in the blood.

The above is an introduction to some of the times for early pregnancy testing. I hope that through these introductions, everyone can have a scientific understanding of this, especially for female friends. Only through correct and scientific testing methods can we understand our own conception status, or understand the health status of the fetus.
