Causes of breast hyperplasia

Causes of breast hyperplasia

In life, many young female friends devote their physical energy to work and family for a long time. It is inevitable that they will suffer from some physical diseases due to long-term overwork, such as the common bilateral breast hyperplasia. So how should we treat the breast hyperplasia? Let me introduce it to you next.

The causes of breast hyperplasia are: 1. Mental factors. In recent years, epidemiological surveys on breast hyperplasia show that it is more common in cities than in rural areas, more common in large cities than in small and medium-sized cities, and more common in professional women than in non-professional women and rural women.

The more developed the society is, the more intense the competition is, the greater the pressure is, and the more likely the human body's endocrine system will be disturbed. Coupled with the influence of negative factors in today's society and the temptation of various desires, people become highly nervous and their thinking becomes increasingly complicated.

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this condition always makes people feel depressed, with poor blood circulation and liver qi stagnation. Modern medicine believes that the main cause of breast hyperplasia is endocrine hormone imbalance, which has been a consensus in the academic community. However, there is still no clear understanding of which hormones become disordered in what environment.

2. Dietary factors: bad eating habits - this situation is more common in young women. Three meals a day, working at sunrise and resting at sunset are the natural laws of human survival. However, young women in today's society often have a rich nightlife, staying up all night, not getting up in the morning, not eating breakfast, two meals a day or even one meal a day, and irregular daily life. In the long run, this will lead to endocrine dysfunction and cause breast hyperplasia.

Unreasonable dietary structure - various types of hot pot are particularly popular in winter, and there are also many kinds of snacks such as malatang, hot and sour noodles, hot dry noodles, etc. These foods should be eaten in small amounts and only once or twice. If consumed for a long time, it is easy to cause endocrine and metabolic disorders in the human body and induce breast hyperplasia.

In life, everyone should pay more attention to avoid working or overwork for long periods of time, as this will cause great harm to your body. If you experience breast pain, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. In daily life, you can use massage to relieve breast hyperplasia.
