Endometrial cancer. The clinical manifestations are irregular bleeding, with the amount of bleeding varying from time to time. Premenopausal women may have heavy menstrual flow and prolonged duration, while postmenopausal women may experience postmenopausal bleeding.

Ovulation bleeding: mid-menstrual bleeding (leucorrhea with blood) refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain.

If there is blood after vaginal suppository, it may be considered as vaginitis. Vaginitis may cause frequent urination, urgency, abnormal leucorrhea, lower abdominal pain, etc. Generally, some bloodshot will appear after taking the medicine.
