What if my menstrual flow is small and brown?

What if my menstrual flow is small and brown?

Today we are going to discuss the issue of female menstruation. Lack of menstruation generally refers to a short cycle and a small amount of menstruation each time. We will further explain the approximate reference standards below, and discuss the reasons for the scanty menstrual volume and the brown and dark color. In addition, four suggestions are also provided on the issue of female conditioning. I hope that the majority of female friends who are troubled can pay more attention.

Oligomenorrhea means that the menstrual cycle is normal, but each menstrual period is shorter than 3 days and the amount of menstrual blood does not exceed 20 ml each time. The amount of menstrual blood is light or dark in color. Causes of oligomenorrhea include:

1. Excessive menstruation is caused by hypopituitarism, insufficient estrogen secretion from the ovaries, and low estrogen levels in the body, which leads to insufficient endometrial proliferation.

2. Endometrial hypoplasia, rough curettage damages the endometrium, and endometrial tuberculosis.

3. There are also individual differences, that is, after menarche, the menstrual flow is very small, but the ovulation and fertility functions are normal.

4. Progressive decrease in menstruation is often a precursor to amenorrhea.

Suggestions:

1. Try to make your life regular. Staying up late, overwork, and irregular life can lead to irregular menstruation. Make your life regular and your menstruation may return to normal.

2. To prevent cold, you must be careful not to wade in the rain during menstruation, and avoid exposing your lower abdomen to cold at all times.

3. Eat more iron-containing and nourishing foods to supplement enough iron to avoid iron deficiency anemia. Eat more nourishing foods such as black-bone chicken, mutton, fish roe, shrimp, prawns, pig and sheep kidneys, mussels, black beans, sea cucumbers, walnut kernels, etc.

4. Adjust your mentality. If your irregular menstruation is caused by frustration and stress, then you must adjust your mentality. And if you already have irregular menstruation, it is also very necessary to maintain a good mentality.

We have discussed the issue of scanty brown menstruation above. It is generally caused by insufficient estrogen secretion, or is related to the development or damage of the endometrium. Of course, it is also related to personal physical problems. In short, in addition to cooperating with certain treatments, daily life and diet are very important for conditioning this aspect. I hope that female friends will pay more attention and attach importance to it.
