Miconazole nitrate is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug. At a concentration of 4 mg/L, it can inhibit the growth of most bacteria. This product inhibits the production of ergosterol, a key steroid in the bacterial cytoplasm, by affecting the specificity of cytochrome P450, damaging the bacterial cytoplasm and changing its permeability, resulting in the exposure of key intracellular substances; this product can also inhibit the production of triglycerides and unsaturated fatty acids in bacteria, inhibit the activity of antibiotics and peroxidases, and cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in cells, resulting in cell submembrane optical transformation and cell necrosis. For Candida albicans, it can inhibit the entire process of its transformation from spores to invasive fungi. Triamcinolone acetonide acetate has the anti-infection, anti-allergy and vasoconstriction effects of topical corticosteroids.

Neomycin sulfate has excellent efficacy against Staphylococcus (methicillin-sensitive strains) and Corynebacterium, and also has excellent efficacy against Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, and Proteus.
