Prescription for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids: 15g of cinnamon twig, 20g of Poria cocos, 20g of moutan bark, 15g of peony root, and 15g of peach kernel. It can be decocted in water and taken orally, or it can be ground into fine powder and made into water pills for oral administration. In case of excessive menstruation or continuous metrorrhagia, add 15g of Puhuang and 20g of Fructus Aconiti Lateralis Preparata; in case of excessive leucorrhea, add 15g of Coix Seed and 10g of Angelica dahurica; in case of severe abdominal pain, add 15g of Corydalis yanhusuo, 15g of frankincense and 15g of myrrh; in case of scanty menstruation or amenorrhea, add 20g of Achyranthes bidentata and 15g of Zedoariae; if the lump is obvious and cannot be moved, add blood-dispelling and hard-breaking drugs, such as leeches and zhe worms.

Phlegm-dampness in the treatment of uterine fibroids with traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment method: Regulating Qi, resolving phlegm, and eliminating symptoms. Prescription for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids: processed Pinellia 20g, Tangerine peel 15g, Poria 15g, Citrus aurantium 10g, Cyperus rotundus 10g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 15g, Trillium 25g, Curcuma 25g, Aucklandia 10g, Atractylodes 10g, and Licorice 10g. For those with spleen deficiency, add 15g of Codonopsis pilosula and 10g of Atractylodes macrocephala; if the leucorrhea is yellow, remove Cyperus rotundus and Atractylodes lancea, and add 15g of Patrinia scabra and 15g of Scutellaria baicalensis.
