What tests should be done for female infertility?

Introduction: Every married family desires a family of three. Many modern women are troubled by infertility. Women with infertility will be discriminated against by their parents-in-law. Every woman desires to have a baby of her own. Giving birth to the next generation is also the happiest moment for women. However, many women have infertility problems. So in response to everyone's questions, our editor today will briefly introduce female infertility tests to everyone!

1. Hysteroscopy: It is an important method for diagnosing the cause of infertility. When B-ultrasound shows suspicion of intrauterine lesions, this examination should be performed routinely. At the same time, endometrial sampling and fallopian tube permeability examination can be performed under B-ultrasound to identify the cause of infertility at one time, quickly enter the treatment cycle, and save time. It is required that you do not have sex after your menstruation is over, and this examination should be done within 3 to 7 days after your menstruation is over.

2. B-type fallopian tube perfusion: It can check whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed and which side is unobstructed. This test can be performed on infertile patients who do not have acute pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, and have normal endometrial pathology. It should be done within 3 to 7 days after the menstruation is over (no sexual intercourse).

3. Blood hormone measurement: Patients with infertility and gynecological endocrine diseases should have this examination. Those who are menstruating should have their blood drawn on an empty stomach on the morning of the 3rd to 5th day of their period for this test, while those who are not menstruating can have their blood drawn at any time.

4. Endometrial biopsy: Check the cleanliness of the vagina before menstruation to check for vaginal Trichomonas, fungal infection, and vaginal bacterial disease. In normal cases, a pathological examination of the endometrium within 24 hours of the onset of menstruation can be used to determine whether the endometrium has inflammation, tuberculosis, tumors, etc., and can help determine whether ovulation has occurred and how the corpus luteum function is.

5. Laparoscopic examination: This examination or surgery can be performed on patients with unexplained infertility, fallopian tube infertility, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, ovarian cysts or infertility patients who voluntarily request a comprehensive examination. Hysteroscopy + fallopian tube insufflation + endometrial removal can also be performed. Laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery and less pain.
