Top 10 causes of human aging, how many of them are you affected by?

From a biological perspective, aging is a spontaneous and inevitable process that occurs in organisms over time. It is a complex natural phenomenon that manifests itself as structural and functional decline, and decreased adaptability and resistance. In physiology, aging is considered as the individual development history starting from the fertilized egg to old age. Pathologically, aging is the result of the accumulation of stress and strain, injury and infection, weakening of the immune response, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic disorders, and neglect and abuse. Aging has been with us since the moment we were born. Why do people age? Modern medicine understands the causes of aging as follows :

1. Chronic inflammation As we age, our organs become more and more inflamed, such as arthritis. Not only the joints become diseased, but also brain cells, artery walls, heart valves, etc. Infarction and stroke are also related to inflammation.

2. Gene mutation Many natural and man-made factors can cause gene mutation. As we age, the cell "processing" mechanisms become increasingly irregular, causing genetic malignant degeneration and deterioration.

3. Cell energy depletion The cell's "power station" - mitochondria need certain chemicals to ensure cell vitality and remove toxins from the cell. If this "charging" process weakens, myocardial infarction, muscle tissue deterioration, chronic fatigue, neurological diseases, etc. will develop.

4. Hormone imbalance The billions of cells in our body can work accurately and synchronously because of hormones. As we age, this balance becomes disrupted, causing a variety of diseases, including depression, osteoporosis, and coronary artery atherosclerosis.

5. Calcification Calcium ions enter and leave cells through special channels in the cell membrane. As the body ages , the channels for calcium ions to enter and exit are damaged, leading to excessive accumulation of calcium in brain cells, heart valves, and blood vessel walls.

6. Fatty acid imbalance In order to produce energy, the body needs fatty acids. As we age, we start to lack the enzymes that produce essential fatty acids. As a result, symptoms such as irregular heartbeat, joint degeneration, fatigue, and dry skin begin to appear.

7. Non-digestive enzyme imbalance Multiple simultaneous enzyme reactions often take place within cells. Year after year, the balance gradually becomes unbalanced, starting with the brain and liver. This is the cause of neurological disease or toxic tissue damage.

8. Insufficient digestive enzymes The pancreas gradually becomes exhausted and cannot produce enough enzymes. As a result, the digestive system becomes chronically dysfunctional.

9. After years of circulatory failure , the permeability of capillaries is destroyed, including the brain, eyes, and skin. This can cause major or minor strokes, vision loss, and wrinkles.

10. Oxidative stress Free radicals, which cause a lot of trouble for people of any age, cause even more trouble for people over middle age. It affects the normal flow of many physiological processes, thereby increasing the burden on the body and causing various diseases.
