Why is it that when the weather turns warmer and everything comes back to life, it is easy for cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis to recur and become more common?

The second is over-exercise and muscle strain. After staying at home for a whole winter, people can't wait to go outdoors for spring activities when the weather warms up. Keep warm

We often say "cover in spring and keep warm in autumn". Pay attention to adding or removing clothes and keep the cervical and lumbar spine warm. Patients with a history of lumbar disease can wear a waist belt that does not accumulate sweat.

Exercise properly

Do some aerobic exercises, cervical and lumbar spine health exercises, Ba Duan Jin, etc. appropriately.

Eat a balanced diet

Supplement nutrition and calcium, avoid eating too spicy and irritating foods to induce recurrence of cervical and lumbar spondylosis. People who are overweight can lose fat and weight appropriately to reduce the burden on the lumbar spine.

Maintain correct posture

When sitting, sit up straight to keep the spine in a natural curvature, place your feet flat on the ground, do not cross or cross your legs; when standing, keep your feet shoulder-width apart, evenly distributed center of gravity, do not shrug your shoulders or slump your back; when sleeping, choose a pillow and mattress that suits you; at the same time, avoid bad postures such as looking down at your phone for a long time, looking at the computer screen for a long time, bending over to lift heavy objects, etc.
