First pregnancy miscarriage

First pregnancy miscarriage

Pregnancy is something that almost every woman must experience. Some women have a physique that makes them fertile easily, while some women try to have a child for a long time but cannot. Therefore, during the period of preparing for pregnancy, you must maintain a good attitude, treat the creation of life as something that can be taken lightly, and pregnancy will soon come to you.

What is the reason for fetal arrest in the first pregnancy?

In fact, there is not much correlation between fetal arrest and the number of pregnancies. The most common causes of fetal growth retardation are genetic factors, insufficient hormone secretion, uterine malformation, viral infection during pregnancy, and exposure to radioactive elements. Therefore, you should do a good physical examination before preparing for pregnancy. Embryonic development arrest is the stage before spontaneous abortion. If the embryo is expelled from the body by the pregnant mother's own defense after it stops developing, it is called spontaneous abortion. If it fails to be expelled and remains in the uterine cavity, it is called missed abortion.

Causes of fetal arrest

1. Abnormality in the uterus

The extracellular fluid in the uterus and the overall natural environment of the uterus may have an impact on the test tube embryo. Extracellular fluid is the uterine wall. If it is too thin or too thick, it will affect embryo implantation.

2. Sex chromosome issues

If the chromosomes are abnormal, the test tube embryo may not develop and lead to miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy. Chromosome abnormalities include total and structural abnormalities. Total abnormalities can be divided into aneuploidy and polyploidy. The most common abnormal karyotype is aneuploidy trisomy.

If fetal growth retardation is discovered, you must go to the hospital for proper treatment to minimize the damage. During the recovery period, do a good job of cleaning yourself and pay attention to the intake of nutrients. After recovery, you should increase physical exercise to enhance your immune system. Prepare for the next pregnancy. Usually maintain an optimistic mental state.

When does fetal growth retardation occur?

Studies have shown that 80% of fetal growth retardation occurs before 12 weeks of pregnancy, with a large number of cases occurring before 8 weeks. If there is no problem with the test tube embryo's sex chromosomes themselves, and there are no abnormalities in the fetal growth and development of organs, then the possibility of fetal growth retardation after 15 weeks of pregnancy is only 0.6%.

What are the symptoms of fetal arrest?

1. No vomiting: The pregnant woman no longer has nausea, vomiting and other early pregnancy reactions.

2. Breast swelling becomes weaker: The feeling of breast swelling in pregnant women will also become weaker.

3. Vaginal bleeding: Generally there will be bleeding in the vagina, often with dark red bloody leucorrhea, in small amount, not exceeding the menstrual volume. This is due to the fetus dying in the abdomen and the test tube embryo being expelled.

4. Lower abdominal pain: At first, the lower abdomen will feel heavy and painful, with a feeling of defecation, and sometimes severe pain. Abdominal pain is the most critical symptom when seeking medical attention.
