Pregnancy check-up items

During pregnancy, different examination items are required at different weeks of pregnancy. During the entire pregnancy period, key examination items include routine blood tests, blood types, routine urine tests, blood sugar, liver function tests, kidney function, hepatitis B virus surface antigen, syphilis spirochete and AIDS screening, electrocardiogram, nt test, serological screening for aneuploidy in pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, fetal system B-ultrasound, glucose tolerance, obstetric B-ultrasound, blood pressure, body weight, uterine fundus height, fetal abdominal circumference, fetal heart rate, fetal position, cervix, fetal heart monitoring, etc. For some new items, regular follow-up visits are necessary during pregnancy.

Women during pregnancy should mainly undergo tests such as weight, blood pressure, blood routine tests, blood sugar levels, biochemical tests, syphilis, HIV and hepatitis to determine whether there are certain diseases that can be prevented in advance to avoid affecting the growth and development of the fetus. In terms of fetal fetal malformation screening, the main tests include color ultrasound, NT, Down syndrome screening, three-dimensional color ultrasound and four-dimensional color ultrasound, which can determine the growth and development status of the fetus and prevent the occurrence of fetal malformations during the growth and development period. If there is a deformed fetus, intervention or termination of pregnancy can be carried out as soon as possible.

Any abortion method has certain risks, and the safety factor of the selected abortion method varies according to each person's physical fitness. If the patient is allergic to abortion drugs, an allergic reaction will occur during medical abortion, which is an unsafe situation. In addition, if the abortion is incomplete, there is a risk of internal bleeding.

When performing an abortion, if the surgical operation is not carried out, there may be some side effects during the operation, such as uterine perforation, suction leakage, abortion syndrome, retained fetal membranes and internal bleeding. Therefore, any abortion method has risks and is not absolutely safe.
